CNA - Adult Day Center/Parker at the Pavilion (Highland Park) - Per-diemĀ - $30.00 hourly rate - The areas highest quality adult day services providing a warm and compassionateĀ environment - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm, minimum (2) shifts per month as needed with flexibility to work at other Centers. The Certified Nursing Assistant will ensure that those we serveĀ receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.Ā
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSĀ
Certified NurseāsĀ Assistant (CNA) certificationĀ from theĀ New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services, in good standingĀ
High School graduate or GED required
Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful and confidential mannerĀ
Ability to read, write, and be understood in the English language
Flu vaccine required during flu season

Parker Adult Day Center (Highland Park)
Parker offers two Adult DayĀ programs in Highland Park to address the issues of loneliness and isolation experienced by many elders who are aging at home.Ā Social Program employeesĀ provide varied and vibrant activities that encourage and motivate seniors to stay connected to their peers, maintain their independence, bringing meaning and enjoyment to their days. OurĀ Medical ProgramĀ provides the added benefits of individualized medication administration, support services, personal and therapeutic care.Ā Parker Adult Day Center is staffed with people who are committed to meeting the needs of our program participants. Our nursing staff and social workers create individualized care plans to provide the best possible medical care, from blood pressure checks to medication management. Program participants benefit from peer relationships and socialization as well as interactions with our dedicated care partners.
