Maplewood Family Dental is seeking a full‑time Associate Dentist to join our friendly, well‑established private practice. This is a great opportunity for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, a supportive team, and a steady schedule without weekends.

About the Practice

4 operatories
Technology-forward office with Primescan, Overjet AI
Strong support team: 1 RDH, 2 Dental Assistants
Average doctor production: $3,000–$7,000/day
95% collection rate
Bread‑and‑butter general dentistry with opportunity for advanced procedures

Clinical Scope

Ideal candidates are comfortable with:

Restorative / Bread & Butter Dentistry
Surgical Extractions
Endo (molar preferred)
Clear Aligner Therapy (experience preferred but not required)

Compensation

Daily guarantee: starting at $850 up to 12 months
Collections: 32% of net collections thereafter
100% practice paid lab fees

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive examinations and educate patients regarding their recommended treatment options
Maintain an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority
Support the growth and development of our teams and practices

Qualifications

DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
Active or eligible Michigan dental license
Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
Committed to high-quality, patient-centered care
