Seeking a Part-time Apartment Maintenance Punch Technician needed for Eastwood Oaks (104 units) in Hilliard, FL to start immediately! Maintenance Punch Technicians are responsible for general punches and grounds at the apartment community. They are responsible for make readies, grounds, turns and some work orders. Excellent customer service experience required with good communication skills and must have at least 1 year apartment maintenance experience. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times. We encourage employee growth opportunities.
Responsibilities/Requirements include:
- Carpentry, Painting and Dry Wall Repair
- Variety of other small maintenance tasks, including grounds
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Appliance Repair
- Tools and transportation required
- Authorized to work in the US
The maintenance punch technician is responsible for improving customer service through the timely completion of service requests, ongoing preventative maintenance, make ready, and projects. The technician must have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and can work well with both co-workers and residents in a fast paced environment.
