We are a growing custom manufacturing company looking for a highly motivated, organized, and dependable person to work directly with the owner and leadership team.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job. The right person will learn every aspect of our business, help improve daily operations, solve problems, and grow into a key leadership role within the company.
This person will become an important link between ownership, production, and daily operations — helping ensure that things stay organized, issues get resolved, and the company continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the owner on daily priorities and business operations
- Help monitor production workflow and ensure jobs move forward
- Follow up on open issues and make sure problems are resolved
- Assist with coordinating between departments and team members
- Help troubleshoot production challenges and find solutions
- Learn our manufacturing process from start to finish
- Assist with improving organization, systems, and processes
- Help track orders, deadlines, and important tasks
- Communicate updates clearly to ownership and management
- Step in as a backup resource when key team members are unavailable
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- A natural problem solver who takes initiative
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility
- A strong communicator who can work with different personalities
- Interested in learning how a growing company operates
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to get involved wherever needed
Experience Preferred
- Manufacturing, production, woodworking, construction, logistics, or operations experience preferred
- Experience coordinating people, projects, or workflow is a plus
- Small business experience is a strong advantage
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
