GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead

About the Opportunity

ServCorp (SCx) is seeking an experienced GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead to support facilities and maintenance operations.

The successful candidate will use GFEBS to support work management, preventive maintenance planning, property and inventory information, materials planning, reporting, and related facilities-support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support maintenance operations using GFEBS.
• Process and maintain work orders and preventive maintenance information.
• Maintain accurate property and real-property information.
• Support preventive maintenance planning and execution.
• Assist with materials planning and acquisition.
• Analyze and prepare GFEBS reports.
• Maintain accurate system data and documentation.
• Support work-control and maintenance-management activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel and management to ensure accurate work status.
• Support Government reporting and documentation requirements.
• Identify discrepancies and assist with corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records associated with maintenance, materials, property, and work orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated GFEBS experience.
• Experience using GFEBS in a military installation environment.
• Experience with preventive maintenance planning and execution.
• Experience with work-order processing.
• Experience with property, plant, and equipment records.
• Experience with real-property inventory.
• Experience with materials planning and acquisition.
• Experience analyzing GFEBS/system reports.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Government-provided GFEBS training modules may be required, with applicable training completed within the Government-established timeframe.
