Job Responsibilities:聽聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform blood collections by venipuncture technique for all age聽groups.聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare all collected specimens for testing and聽analysis.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain patient and specimen information聽logs.聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide superior customer service to all聽patients.聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Clerical duties as necessary.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Travel to聽additional聽sites when聽needed.
Education
High School graduate or equivalent required
National Phlebotomy Certification or qualified to sit for phlebotomy certification exam preferred
Prior experience as a Phlebotomist OR an equivalent combination of graduation from a certified phlebotomy school coupled with work experience in a healthcare field preferred.
Moderate knowledge of medical terminology, excellent verbal and written communication skills preferred.
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $17.65-26.50, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
