Schedule: Evenings| Full shift | 3:00 PM - 11:30PM with every other weekend and holiday commitment.

Salary: $46.69 - $63.17 per hour.

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Team Leadership & Oversight: Supervise and direct interdisciplinary teams of licensed and non-licensed staff to deliver high-quality, population-appropriate patient care. Interview job candidates and provide hiring recommendations for new unit staff.

• Daily Workflow & Delegation: Assess shift-level patient needs, create care assignments, and delegate duties based on staff competencies and the State Nurse Practice Act.

• Care Planning: Gather input from healthcare team members to plan and coordinate patient care across the assigned unit.

• Performance Evaluation & Coaching: Provide immediate feedback, continuously assess staff performance, and contribute to performance reviews and corrective actions.

• Schedule is 5 days week one and 4 days week two with total pay period of 36 hours.  

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experiencerequired.

What additional requirements you'll need

• Bachelors Degree in nursing a must.
• 1 years experience in a supervisory or management position a must.
