Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support through both incoming and outgoing calls Support our locksmith customers with key cutter issues Provide onsite support for key cutting machines QualificationsRequired Skills: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in customer service Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS Excel Working knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) system Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Bilingual in both English/Spanish Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
