Collision General Manager

Honesdale, PA | Full time | On-site

Lead a high-volume collision shop in Honesdale as the on-site General Manager. You will own day-to-day operations, the production team, and insurance-partner relationships, working directly with ownership.

What you’ll do

Run day-to-day operations of the Honesdale collision shop
Lead production, quality, and shop performance
Hire, coach, and hold the team accountable
Maintain and grow DRP insurance-partner relationships
Own the customer experience from intake through delivery
Report results and work closely with ownership

What you’ll bring

Collision shop leadership experience as a General Manager or equivalent
Ability to run a shop independently
Comfort owning production, people, and insurance relationships

Preferred experience

Independent-shop GM background
