Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision to developing therapists and counselors
Support case review, documentation, treatment planning, and ethics
Help supervisees grow in confidence and skill
Follow Hawaii licensing and supervision requirements
Maintain consistent supervision communication

Active Hawaii clinical license in good standing
Eligible licenses may include LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or other approved independent clinical license
Must be qualified to supervise under Hawaii board requirements
Experience supporting early-career clinicians preferred
