Personal Trust Service Manager

First Hawaiian Bank is seeking a Service Manager to join the Personal Trust team.  In this role, you will oversee a team of Service Officers, Service Representatives and Service Specialists providing direct support to line relationship managers in the Personal Trust Division.  You will also ensure that account servicing requests are fulfilled quickly and accurately. 

The salary range for this role is $62,000-$95,000/year, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee a team of Service Officers, Service Representatives and Service Specialists providing direct support to line relationship managers in the Personal Trust Division.  You will also ensure that account servicing requests are fulfilled quickly and accurately. 

Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the financial industry and/or personnel management is preferred
• Analytical, interpersonal, and leaderships skills are essential.
• 5 years of work experience in a business environment managing personnel.
