Sonic Summary

This position is responsible for production support of the organization’s applications under the guidance of the Manager.
The individual will serve as the primary point of contact and should have a strong understanding of the technical and operational aspects of the applications.
Key responsibilities include resolving issues, investigating solutions, collaborating with business partners and vendors, and providing IT support for organizational initiatives.
Candidates are expected to have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Under the guidance of the Manager, this position is responsible for production support of the organization’s applications. As the primary point of contact, this individual is knowledgeable in all technical and operational aspects of the applications supported. This role involves resolving issues that arise, investigating solutions to problems, collaborating closely with business partners and vendors, and providing Information Technology (IT) support for organization initiatives.
