The individual will operate within the second line of defense, contributing to the consumer compliance program and/or fair banking and fair lending compliance program.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in compliance or a related field.
The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually.

As an Individual Contributor, this role supports the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs by contributing to monitoring, policy development, and risk assessment activities. This position helps ensure regulatory adherence while supporting issue identification and resolution through analysis and cross-functional collaboration. Operates within the second line of defense and supports the consumer compliance program and/or fair banking and fair lending compliance program
