Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/hydraulic issues quickly and accurately
Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools
Maintain detailed service records and provide clear reports to management and customers
Communicate effectively with customers to explain services performed and provide recommendations
Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines during service operations
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar technical role
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Valid driver’s license
