Our Horicon and Beaver Dam teams provide preventive, restorative, cosmetic, periodontal, endodontic, and surgical services, allowing patients to receive comprehensive care from a team they trust. Schedule

Monday: 7:45 AM–5:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:45 AM–5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:45 AM–5:00 PM | Beaver Dam Office
Thursday: 6:45 AM–4:00 PM
Friday: 7:45 AM–2:00 PM

You'll primarily support our Horicon practice with one day each week in our Beaver Dam office, giving you an opportunity to build relationships across both of the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

As part of our hygiene team, you'll play an important role in helping patients understand the connection between their oral health and overall wellness.

You'll:

Provide preventive and periodontal hygiene care
Review and update dental X-rays and chart notes
Record detailed clinical narratives and probing depths
Perform scaling and root planing and prophylaxis as appropriate
Apply fluoride varnish and sealants
Educate patients about their oral health and recommended care
Maintain OSHA and HIPAA compliance
Sterilize instruments and maintain dental supplies
Collaborate closely with our doctors and the rest of the clinical team
Help create a safe, comfortable, positive experience for every patient

Qualifications

What Are the Must-Haves to Join the Team?

We aren't simply looking for someone who can clean teeth.

We're looking for a hygienist who wants to know their patients, educate them, earn their trust, and become an important part of their healthcare experience.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

A degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license
Current CPR certification
Ability to provide compassionate, positive patient care
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
A passion for building relationships with patients
A commitment to excellent clinical care
