Summary
This role involves a 2-month contract within a Residential Service, focusing on supporting adults with mental and physical support needs to enhance their independence and daily living skills. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the service, assist the Manager with operational tasks, and deliver high-quality, outcome-focused care that fosters independence, wellbeing, and social inclusion. You will also collaborate with colleagues to implement person-centred care plans, encouraging service users to achieve their individual goals.
