- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients in a 32-bed Level II Trauma Center ED.
- Perform emergency procedures appropriate for a critical access facility with a broad EM skillset.
- Collaborate with attending physicians, APPs, and support staff in a team-oriented environment.
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, including physician-led observation unit protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic EMR system.
