Purpose / Summary:   | The role of the Maritime Licensing Consultant is for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of maritime industry requirements for marine licensing customers. | |

Education and Experience: | High School Diploma or GED; 2 or more years administrative work preferably in the Marine industry or related experience and/or training. Â Â | |
Language Skills | Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. | |
Mathematical Skills: | Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages. | |
Reasoning Ability: | Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram. | |
Computer Skills: | To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Office Suite products. | |
