A Team Lead is responsible for guiding and coaching the assembly technicians on daily tasks, champions a safe work environment throughout the assembly area.  Insures all policies and procedures are followed throughout the assembly area.

Keys Responsibilities (to name a few)

  • Provide training and guidance to the Assembly Technicians.
  • Ensures that compliance is continuously met with regards to any applicable specifications, guidelines or regulations.
  • Ensures that the assemblies being assembled meets customer specifications and requirements
  • Ensures adherence to the daily scheduled activities with timely and accurate completion of orders.
  • Handles administrative work as it pertains to orders, logs, charts and files.
  • Ensures all testing requirements are met (pre and post) test

Supervisory Responsibilities

Provides guidance and training to the Assembly Technicians, insures that the daily build schedule is adhered to and all assemblies meet customer requirements.  This role has no direct reports.

  • Must have high skill level to interpret and communicate policies, procedures and specifications
  • Must be able to follow scheduled guidelines and requirements in a fast paced role
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the site organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
