What will I be doing? 
ü As a 911 Database Analyst, you will help support the accuracy and integrity of the 911 system database that supports emergency call routing.
ü Responsibilities include managing telephone location records, VoIP, and wireless routing data, and verifying address and telephone information against geo-spatial data resources.
ü You will collaborate with 911 database providers, telephone service providers, VoIP service providers, and wireless service providers to validate and correct data discrepancies.
ü The role also supports the 911 Database Administrator in reviewing and approving wireless traffic plans, conducting field testing, and troubleshooting wireless call routing issues.

Key Qualifications 
ü Strong experience in Excel and data analysis; strong attention to detail and accuracy; strong communication skills.

Do you have… Â
ü Bachelor’s degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study 
ü 3 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school, or in job-related dutiesÂ
Â
Preferred QualificationsÂ
ü Prior experience in a 911, telecommunications, or emergency communications environment.
