Job DetailsJob Location: Houston, TX 77074Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $13.50 - $16.00 HourlySIGN ON BONUS $2000   Assist patient’s in performing daily activities and ADL 's per the plan of care and as directed by the Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse. Perform basic patient care within their scope of practice. Maintain an orderly environment in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Assists perform and trains residents and family in activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, nail and skin care, oral hygiene, toileting, and elimination and adequate nutritional intake. Utilizes infection control measures such as hand washing, and personal protective equipment. Document observations, activities, and services provided in an accurate, complete, and timely manner. Accesses personal health information necessary to fill the above duties and responsibilities. Ability to read, write and carry out instructions. Effective interpersonal skills.     Qualifications Must have a High Scholl Diploma or GED Must be Certified for one year through the state of Texas HHSC
