This is a fast-paced, detail-driven position responsible for helping healthcare professionals successfully complete the onboarding process and ensuring all required documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented, dependable, and confident communicating with people in both English and Spanish. This position requires someone who can provide outstanding customer service while managing multiple deadlines, following established processes, and maintaining accurate and confidential records. Prior credentialing experience is not required. However, candidates must have familiarity with a medical or healthcare environment and basic medical terminology, as well as the ability and willingness to learn credentialing and compliance requirements quickly. Position Details Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour, based on experience Location: Houston, TX – In Office Employment Type: Full-Time Start Date: Immediate availability required Key Responsibilities Coordinate the onboarding process for healthcare professionals from initial paperwork through completion. Collect, review, organize, and maintain required employee and credentialing documentation. Carefully review documents for accuracy, completeness, expiration dates, and missing information. Follow established onboarding, credentialing, compliance, and client-specific procedures. Communicate consistently with healthcare professionals regarding outstanding documents, requirements, deadlines, and next steps. Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the onboarding process. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with candidates and internal team members. Track multiple onboarding files and deadlines simultaneously while ensuring nothing is overlooked. Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems and databases. Follow up persistently and professionally when documents or information are outstanding. Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential compliance issues and escalate them appropriately. Maintain strict confidentiality when handling personal, employment, medical, and credentialing information. Work closely with recruiting, operations, and compliance teams to ensure healthcare professionals are cleared and ready to work. Learn and apply credentialing requirements, client requirements, and internal procedures. Perform additional administrative and onboarding duties as needed to support the team. QualificationsRequired Qualifications The following qualifications are required for this position: Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages. Previous experience working in or familiarity with a medical, healthcare, clinical, laboratory, hospital, physician office, or similar environment. Working knowledge of medical terminology and common healthcare documentation. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, missing information, inconsistencies, and expiration dates. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with healthcare professionals and coworkers. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files, priorities, and deadlines at the same time. Dependable and accountable, with a strong commitment to completing assignments accurately and on time. Trainable and willing to learn new systems, processes, credentialing requirements, and compliance standards. Ability to follow detailed procedures consistently without cutting corners. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and databases quickly. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Must be available to start immediately. Credentialing Experience Previous credentialing experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate on our credentialing processes, systems, client requirements, and compliance standards.
