Floating Leasing Consultant

Are you a motivated, professional individual with a passion for customer service and helping people find their perfect home? American Communities is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Floating Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations across our four properties.

As a Floating Leasing Consultant, you will help create a welcoming and positive experience for prospective residents while supporting leasing goals and daily operations across multiple communities.

Travel Requirement: Must be able and willing to travel to any of our four properties based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Showcase apartment homes and conduct property tours.

• Assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process.

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.

• Support leasing goals, occupancy objectives, and property operations.

• Maintain accurate records and complete leasing-related administrative tasks.

• Collaborate with property teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality resident experience.

• Travel between properties as needed to provide leasing coverage and support.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing and sales experience.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• A proactive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across multiple properties.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to all four properties as required.
