As a Laboratory Technician, you鈥檒l play a critical role in process control, product quality, and release decisions. You鈥檒l perform laboratory testing, validate results for accuracy and consistency, and communicate findings that keep our plant running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do
路聽Perform a variety of laboratory tests to support process control and finished product grading.
路聽Evaluate test results for accuracy, consistency, and logical alignment with expected outcomes.
路聽Enter results into computer systems with a high degree of accuracy.
路聽Communicate special or time鈥憇ensitive results聽
路聽Troubleshoot, calibrate, and perform minor maintenance on laboratory instruments to ensure reliable operation.
路聽Maintain adequate inventory of laboratory supplies.
路聽Safely lift and move up to 50 lbs (e.g., boxes of glassware).
What You Bring:
Required:
- 18+ years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful completion of a minimum of 20 semester hours of college level chemistry including:
- General Chemistry
- Organic Chemistry
- Quantitative Chemistry, and/or
- Instrumental Analytical Chemistry
- Previous experience in instrumental laboratory testing can be substituted for up to four (4) hours of the required chemistry hours
- Successful completion of pre-employment screenings
- US Citizenship/Authorization
- Ability to work any and/or rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, or overtime if applicable.
- Basic computer skills
