Schedule

Full-time
Monday through Friday
Availability for occasional Saturday/Sunday shifts for weekend emergency care

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience is highly preferred
Active Texas RDA registration and experience in a lead assistant role, including training and holding other assistants accountable
Strong chairside skills across general dentistry, prosthodontics, and surgical procedures
Ability to manage clinical flow: room turnover, sterilization, supplies, lab cases, and keeping the doctor on schedule
Patient-focused and team-oriented
