Job DetailsJob Location: The Kinkaid School - HOUSTON, TX 77024Position Type: Part TimeThe Kinkaid School is seeking an experienced Adjunct Boys Varsity Tennis Head Coach. This is a part-time, seasonal position for an assignment that begins in late January, 2027 and goes through early May, 2027. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for team selection of Boys Varsity Tennis Team, including logistics, communication, and facilitating tryouts Coordinate and runs practice Attend scheduled matches, which are mostly weekdays and some Saturdays Coordinate challenges and tennis rankings of the team Help Program Head with scheduling and directing the assistant coaches, as needed Develop student-athletes' tennis skills and strategies Model the Teacher-Coach-Mentor philosophy Keep and submit lineups and communicate any changes to the team Maintain and facilitate communication with student-athletes and parents Qualifications Demonstrated Knowledge of Team and Individual Tennis Minimum of 3-5 years of Tennis coaching experience (secondary school) Commitment to education-based athletic program
