Sonic Summary

All coaching positions require prior experience in playing and/or coaching the sport.
Candidates should possess a comprehensive understanding of physical conditioning and skill development methods specific to the sport.
Previous head coaching experience at the high school, college, or professional level is preferred.
The salary for these positions is competitive and commensurate with experience.
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is typically required.
