General Role Description
Assist in the development and implementation of financial models and analyses that support strategic decision-making and gain practical experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, working closely with experienced finance professionals.

Role Accountabilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 The Intern will work in one or more of the following areas:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Analyze the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ad-hoc business performance reporting
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure completion of assignments within the defined scope, quality, and time
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide regular, accurate and considered status reports to parties deemed appropriate to the situation

Minimum Qualifications
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 High school diploma
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Enrolled in Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics program, or related field, with related coursework
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated problem solving skills
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated successful working relationships with others in educational or employment settings
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Relocation and housing assistance are not available for this position
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 This is not a benefits eligible position
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts

- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Availability to travel domestically, up to 5%, sometimes with limited notice
Preferred Qualifications
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Enrolled in Master of Science in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, or Master of Business Administration
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work experience as an intern or co-op in the above areas
