Job Description Summary

The Material Handler (Water Spider) will be responsible for transporting parts and materials throughout the facility utilizing a forklift or hand truck in a safe and efficient manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Safely transport both delicate and valuable parts, as well as general warehouse materials, across multiple departments, adhering to designated routes and prioritizing movement tasks.
Coordinate with module shops, Leads, and Ops Leadership to align on material movement priorities.
Manage inventory of crates, boxes, and scrap parts, including visual inspection of repaired items for quality assurance.
Adhere to EHS procedures, particularly in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks.
Maintain organized inventory of pallets and crates, and accurately document material movement and handoffs.
Communicate effectively regarding part status to support production needs.
Anticipate material and tooling requirements for upcoming work orders.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing tasks.

Pay Transparency: The pay for this position is $23.49/hr .The position will remain open until a candidate is identified for offer.
