Job DetailsJob Location: G5 Infrared LLC - Hudson, NH 03051Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: NoneTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: First ShiftJob Category: General LaborG5 Infrared a LightPath Technologies company is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Mechanical Inspector.  This position will perform receiving inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection of mechanical parts and assemblies.  Responsibilities: Inspect mechanical parts, assemblies and finished products during and after manufacturing to verify compliance with specifications. Perform inspections at various stages of production, including incoming materials, in-process checks, and final product verification. Utilize precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to confirm dimensional accuracy.  Review engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to confirm product requirements.  Maintain accurate inspection records to ensure traceability of parts or materials.  Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and document findings in inspection reports.   Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and recommend corrective actions.   Perform incoming material inspections to ensure supplier quality. Support audits and regulatory inspections by providing accurate documentation and demonstrating compliance. Other duties and tasks as assigned. QualificationsExperience/Qualification: Detail, process and results oriented A U.S. Person: Compliant with ITAR, EAR and other laws and regulations as defined: “U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents ("Green Card" holders), persons granted refugee status or asylum status in the United States, or temporary residents granted amnesty.” Environment and Physical Demands: Frequently required to use hands and fingers to hold, feel and touch, and reach with arms. Prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting. Close and distance vision required with good hand and eye coordination.
