Job Description Summary
Baer Manufacturing is seeking detail-oriented and experienced Fabricators to join the growing team. Welders are responsible for assembling and fabricating metal structures and equipment through the use of welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of welding techniques, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Job Description:
Local Union 14 Position (Fabricator Level 1-5 depending on Experience and Weld Test)
****Second Shift****
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to determine specifications and calculate the dimensions of components.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using Mig, Tig and Arc welding units.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Inspect welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws and ensure compliance with specifications.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participate in Lean Manufacturing and 5s exercises to continuously improve processes.
Union Assembler Pay Scale: $23.36 to $46.72 Based on experience
