Job Summary

Are you passionate about providing mission-critical services to support teams on international and domestic assignments? As a Principal Global Mobility Representative, you will be an integral part of our Global Mobility team, collaborating with Program Managers to support field service personnel on long-term assignments both within the continental U.S. (CONUS) and overseas (OCONUS).

In this dynamic role, you will ensure compliance with government Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and differential pay elements aligned with State Department and Department of Defense guidelines. Your expertise will help drive seamless operations for employees navigating complex assignments worldwide..

Responsibilities

As a Prin Global Mobility Representative, your role will include:

  • Drafting Field Assignment Instructions authorizing per diem and differential payments for employees on long-term field assignments.
  • Researching and verifying country-specific entry/exit requirements to ensure employee compliance.
  • Creating and delivering detailed, actionable reports using platforms such as ARMS, Noetix, and other company reporting tools.
  • Overseeing the distribution and delivery of corporate credit cards for Field Service Personnel.
  • Booking and ticketing travel efficiently using Sabre GDS to meet assignment needs.
  • Performing additional administrative duties as assigned to support the team's operations.

  • Problem-solving skills: You are resourceful and proactive, researching travel logistics, and addressing challenges with creative solutions.

Education & Experience

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in global mobility, travel management, operations, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in essential office tools, especially MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • A certificate or diploma from a recognized Travel School is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Sabre Red is an advantage.
