Dock Coordinator – Job Description 

Prime Beverage Group is looking for a team-oriented and passionate Dock Coordinator with the ability to 

carry out assigned responsibilities in accordance with the company policies. The right candidate will take 

pride in contributing to our continued growth and expansion initiatives as part of the team. This is a fulltime, hourly position that reports to the Warehouse Manager. 

Position Responsibilities 

• Coordinate all inbound trucks including assigning doors, and placing truck seals on 

• Manage dock organization and shipping supplies. 

• Offload in-coming materials from trucks as needed.

• Receives material from vendors by accepting shipments, moving to proper storage location and 

by completing receiving reports. 

• Completes departmental operations by performing related duties as may be required. 

• Maintains supplies and equipment by conducting inventories and ordering supplies as needed. 

• Receives material from vendors by accepting shipments, moving to proper storage location and

• Ensure material and finished goods are brought to the production line with accuracy and following FIFO methodology 

• Perform other duties as assigned, if qualified, to meet business demands. 

 Position Requirements 

• Proficient in Microsoft office suite including Excel. 

• Attention to detail and well organized. 

• Strong time management skills. 

• Communication skills (written and oral). 

• Works well with deadlines. 

• Ability to successfully complete Prime Beverage Forklift certification. 

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. 

 Education and Experience 

• 2 years warehouse general experience. 

• 1 year forklift experience. 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
