We have an exciting opportunity for a PRN Overnight Registered Nurse to join our upscale plastic surgery center in Huntersville, NC!
A bit about the position:Â Promotes and restores patients' health for H/K/B patients by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. The shift is from 8:00 pm - 8: 00 am.
What you can expect in the role:
- Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
- Helps recover overnight patients post-surgery.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; calling for assistance from health care support personnel.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- 1 year of PACU experience.
- Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
- Industry experience a plus.
