Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Janitor Attendant.

The incumbent will be responsible for cleaning OR Suites, mopping floor, taking out the trash, linen and case carts.

Qualifications

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT
Willing to work on unscheduled days to help unit achieve adequate coverage.
Demonstrates ability to set priorities and assist others as needs arise.
All behavior should promote an atmosphere of teamwork that is congruent with facility standards and guidelines to promote positive relations.
Terminally clean OR Suites, mopping floor, taking out the trash, linen and case carts.
Maintains a neat, clean appearance with visible picture ID badge consistent with dress code.
Participates in the terminal cleaning process of each operating room as needed even if no procedure has been performed in the room. See terminal clean process assignment.
Understanding the importance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
To do a visual inspection to ensure that all OR Suites are placed back into readiness for next day service.
Up to One year of position related experience required
