We are seeking an experienced CNC Setup Technician & Operator to join our fast-paced, diverse, and safety-centric team. If you enjoy hands-on machining, solving technical challenges, working with precision equipment, and taking ownership of quality from setup through production, this could be the opportunity for you.

A typical day may include:

  • Setting up and operating Haas CNC mills and lathes 
  • Reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and machining instructions 
  • Performing in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments 
  • Troubleshooting machining, tooling, and quality issues to maintain production efficiency 
  • Partnering with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to solve production challenges and improve manufacturing processes
  • Supporting continuous improvement, safety, and manufacturing excellence

Required Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Two or more years of CNC machining experience, including machine setup and operation 
  • Experience machining steel, hardened steel, aluminum, and related materials
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements 
  • Solid understanding of the metric system, including tolerances and precision measurements

A team member's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
