(ASRI) is recruiting for the Redstone Test and Engineering Services (RTES) contract in support of the Redstone Test Center mission to provide superior technical expertise conducting tests, analyzing the results, and reporting the results on systems, subsystems, and components related to aviation, missile, and sensor platforms.

 

Education: See Months/Years of Experience

Months/Years of Experience: Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited college/university and six (6) years of experience in one of the following areas, as related to the respective job required: Communication, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Personnel/Human Resource Management, Program Management, Process Improvement, Safety, Security, and Environmental specialties; or an Associate's Degree and eight (8) years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area; or ten (10) years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area; or ten (10) years of military training in the specialty area, or a combination thereof, may be substituted for the education requirements. Additional specialization requirements: Program Analyst – four (4) years of the required experience must include experience coordinating projects; collecting data, reviewing technical documents compiling statistics and data for projects; writing narratives, managing the execution of inspection programs, creating, monitoring, and maintaining audit files for program compliance.

Required Qualifications:  U.S. Citizen. Must have or be able to obtain a Security Clearance. 

Duties: The ECL Division Analyst supports the division by providing technical, analytical, financial, and operational support for testing of aviation, missile, and ground systems. The individual analyzes and presents test data, technical specifications, and financial reports, to ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness. Work closely with test engineers and technicians, the analyst ensures all aspects of testing are captured and properly documented, assists with developing detailed operational procedures, and translates complex technical information into clear written and graphical formats.  In addition to technical responsibilities, the analyst provides financial and programmatic analysis in support of divisional objectives and leadership decision-making.  Include oversight and evaluation of directly funded and overhead activities; developmental of cost estimates; monitoring execution of funds across multiple projects; tracking travel; tracking and reporting on document due dates; documentation and presentation of data; and maintaining situational awareness of divisional operations.  The position provides schedule and funding data, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) numbers, to test teams and customers in alignment with approved test schedules; monitors burn rates and assesses progress against percent complete; tracks funding allocations and extensions to ensure uninterrupted support of active efforts; and prepares recurring and ad hoc reports to support mission execution and performance analysis.
