AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is recruiting for the Redstone Test and Engineering Services (RTES) contract in support of the Redstone Test Center mission to provide superior technical expertise conducting tests, analyzing the results, and reporting the results on systems, subsystems, and components related to aviation, missile, and sensor platforms.


Education: High School Diploma or GED

Months/Years of Experience: One (1) year of applicable experience in engineering technical work that developed skills in making measurements using test instruments and computing; or two (2) years of applicable college/vocational/military/technical school.

Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to lift up to 15lbs.

Duties: Responsible for dimensional inspection of missile and aviation components in a high accuracy dimensional metrology laboratory and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.  Develop and implement dimensional inspection plans for components using state-of-the-art computerized dimensional metrology test equipment, including programming a coordinate measuring machine (CMM), and a variety of dimensional measurement systems.  Use 3-dimensional computer-aided design (CAD) software to analyze dimensional inspection data generated by a CMM. Use hand measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to perform inspection. Take photos and perform visual inspections of parts.
