Join a Team That Makes a Difference

At HealthSource Chiropractic, we believe exceptional patient care begins the moment someone contacts our office.

We're looking for a positive, dependable, and highly organized Patient Experience Specialist who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in creating an outstanding patient experience.

This isn't simply a front desk position. You'll be the first impression of our practice, a central point of communication, and an essential part of a team dedicated to helping patients improve their health and quality of life.

Our goal is to find someone who wants to take ownership of their position, contribute to a positive team culture, and grow with our practice.

The Win — What Success Looks Like

Create an exceptional patient experience while maintaining an organized, productive schedule, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and supporting the efficient daily operations of the clinic.

Your Five Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver an Exceptional Patient Experience

  • Welcome every patient with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

  • Answer calls and communicate clearly in English and Spanish.

  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

  • Handle questions and concerns with empathy, patience, and confidence.

2. Own the Appointment Schedule

  • Maintain an accurate, organized, and productive schedule.

  • Coordinate appointments and support efficient patient flow.

  • Follow up on missed appointments, cancellations, and scheduling gaps.

  • Help patients stay consistent with their recommended care schedules.

3. Manage Financial and Administrative Responsibilities

  • Accurately collect and process patient payments.

  • Explain financial responsibilities and payment options professionally.

  • Maintain accurate patient information and records.

  • Follow established financial and administrative procedures.

4. Support Patient Retention and Practice Growth

  • Help new patients feel welcomed, comfortable, and informed.

  • Follow up with patients who need assistance scheduling future visits.

  • Support patient engagement, education, and reactivation initiatives.

  • Contribute to positive experiences that build patient loyalty and referrals.

5. Be an Accountable and Dependable Teammate

  • Take ownership of daily responsibilities without constant supervision.

  • Communicate proactively with doctors, management, and rehabilitation staff.

  • Maintain an organized and professional front desk.

  • Identify problems, offer solutions, and continuously look for ways to improve.

Your Success Profile

We're looking for someone who is:

  • People-focused: Naturally friendly, compassionate, and enthusiastic about serving others.

  • Dependable: Consistently punctual, reliable, and accountable.

  • Organized: Able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy.

  • Proactive: Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.

  • Coachable: Welcomes feedback and is eager to learn and improve.

  • Team-oriented: Communicates well and contributes to a positive workplace culture.

  • Calm under pressure: Maintains professionalism in a busy healthcare environment.

Qualifications

  • Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and office technology.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.

  • Experience in healthcare reception, customer service, or medical office administration preferred.

  • Experience handling payments and scheduling appointments is a plus.

  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and professionalism.

Previous chiropractic experience is not required. We provide training for the right person.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $16.00-19.00 per hour.

  • Employer-paid individual health insurance premium.

  • Paid time off based on length of service.

  • Paid holidays after the introductory 90-day period.

  • Training, professional development, and opportunities for growth.

  • Supportive, team-oriented work environment.
