This is a chance to influence architectures, guide system behavior, and ensure joint warfighters get the capabilities they need.

What You’ll Do

  • Build high‑fidelity SysML architecture models for foreign missile systems and C2 systems
  • Develop and maintain DoDAF‑compliant architecture views and integrated MBSE artifacts
  • Partner with government technical leads, product owners, and agency stakeholders to align system models with mission needs
  • Translate complex system behavior into clear, actionable technical documentation
  • Drive MBSE standardization and best practices across a joint, multi‑agency environment
  • Support test strategy, test case development, execution, and analysis across digital, HWIL, and live environments

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of systems engineering experience with a BS/BA (or 6+ years with MS/MA, 3+ years with PhD; +4 years experience may substitute for degree)
  • Active DoD SECRET clearance or have held on in good standing w/in the past 2 years
  • Strong MBSE background with experience in Cameo or similar tools
  • Understanding of Government Reference Architectures, use case development, and core systems engineering practices
  • Familiarity with Air & Missile Defense C2 and defense planning concepts
