PRIMARY FUNCTION

Design, develop, and implement software solutions with a focus on data integration, robotic process automation (RPA), and digital twin technologies to meet organizational objectives and enhance operational efficiency.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software applications and systems.

  • Lead efforts to integrate disparate data sources and systems into cohesive, functional solutions.

  • Implement and optimize RPA workflows to automate business processes and improve productivity.

  • Develop and maintain digital twin models, ensuring accurate representation of physical systems for simulation and analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and translate them into software designs.

  • Review code, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to development best practices and standards.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across software applications and integrations.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies in data integration, RPA, and digital twin development.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Strong expertise in software development methodologies, programming languages, and frameworks.

  • Advanced knowledge of data integration techniques, including ETL processes and API-based integrations.

  • Proficiency in developing and deploying RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

  • Hands on experience with SQL (SQL Server, Oracle).

  • Familiarity with digital twin frameworks and tools, including IoT platforms and simulation software.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Advanced knowledge of C# .NET.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with demonstrated expertise in data integration, RPA, and digital twin solutions.

  • Proven experience leading projects or acting in a senior capacity on development teams.

  • Experience with cloud platforms and services such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
