Superintendent

POSITION SUMMARY

The Superintendent owns day-to-day jobsite execution and schedule, coordinating subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections while enforcing safety and quality. This seat is the owner's and designer's on-site point of contact and keeps daily logs current.

• Owns day-to-day jobsite execution and schedule.

Coordination

• Coordinates subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections.

Safety & quality

• Enforces safety and quality and keeps daily logs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & education

• 5+ years as a commercial general-contractor superintendent.

Licenses / Certifications

• Valid driver's license; OSHA 30.

Preferred

• P6 scheduling and daily-reporting software.
