Avion Solutions Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for multiple Systems Integration Analysts to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). This position is located in Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

Assist in facilitating integration between internal and external systems.
Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT).
Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication.
Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics.
Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status.
Evaluate how decisions might impact the schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

Master’s Degree and 12+ years of experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree and 20+ years of experience.
Extensive MDA (or DoW) experience.
Extensive experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs).
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Experience with systems integration.
Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.).
Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders.
Experience developing digital tools or dashboards.
