Position Overview

The MRO Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) inventory, ensuring supplies, spare parts, and indirect materials are securely stored, accurately tracked, and efficiently distributed. Supports production and maintenance operations by maintaining cost control, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with internal standards.

 

Schedule: 1st Shift Monday through Thursday 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of all maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies, including spare parts, and coordinate with the purchasing department for procurement.
  • Supervise and manage a team of technicians, including scheduling work, providing training, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring accountability.
  • Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures. This includes planning workloads and scheduling maintenance activities to support production and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed according to established production, safety, and quality standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement in MRO processes, implement best practices, and use metrics and data to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of inventory control experience

OR

  • Master’s degree and at least 1 year of inventory control experience

OR

  • At least 5 years of inventory control experience

Additional Requirements

  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
