Requirements

We are looking for an Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing rule-based solutions using OPA.

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Policy Automation (OPA).
  
• Strong expertise in OPA Rule Designer and Policy Modeling.
  
• Excellent understanding of declarative rules and logic-based programming.
  
• Experience with OPA Web Services and REST APIs.
  
• Strong knowledge of XML, XPath, and JSON.
  
• Hands-on experience with OPA Determinations Engine.
  
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical rule-based solutions.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) / cloud version of OPA.
  
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies.
  
• Experience with Maven, Jenkins, or CI/CD tools.
  
• Familiarity with Git/SVN version control.
  
• Experience with SonarQube or code quality tools.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain OPA policy models and business rules.
  
• Convert complex business requirements into declarative rules and decision logic.
  
• Develop and integrate OPA Web Services/REST APIs.
  
• Work with XML, XPath, JSON, and the Determinations Engine.
  
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
