ā¢ Maintain accurate lead, Architect, and project data in the CRM system.
ā¢ Coordinate closely with the Sales and Sales Support teams to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
ā¢ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential customers.
ā¢ Manage and process Point Claims for Architects and Electricians as per company guidelines.
ā¢ Ensure effective relationship management, customer engagement, and continuous business development.
Requirements
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ā Ability to generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective follow-ups.
- Ā Sound knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and pipeline management.
- Ā Basic understanding of the home automation industry and Whitelion product portfolio.
- Knowledge of customer needs, pain points, and solution-based selling.
- Good understanding of market trends, lead qualification, and business development practices.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach towards achieving business goals.
- Strong team collaboration skills with a growth mindset and attention to detail.
