We are seeking a talented and user-centered UX Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Leveraging your expertise in design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, and front-end fundamentals, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform complex problems into seamless user journeys. Your work will directly impact product usability, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes. This position is ideal for a creative problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about crafting human-centered designs that align with both user needs and business goals.

- 3–5 years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects. 

- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborative design workflows. 

- Demonstrated experience creating interactive prototypes that simulate real user interactions and test usability. 

- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, user flows, and accessibility standards. 

- Foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS to support design implementation and improve developer collaboration. 

- Experience applying design thinking to solve complex user problems and drive innovation. 

- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions effectively. 

- Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to feedback, and thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
