Key Responsibilities
Platform Operations: Provide L3 administration and support for ROSA and OpenShiftenvironments, including cluster configuration, lifecycle management, upgrades,and operational maintenance.
Troubleshooting & IncidentResolution: Diagnose and resolve complex platform,cluster, networking, storage, security, and workload-related issues,coordinating with Red Hat, AWS, and client teams where required.
Cluster & Platform Management: Manage OpenShift resources, Operators, namespaces, RBAC, networkingconfigurations, storage, and other platform components.
Automation & DevOps:聽Support automation and operational activities usingInfrastructure-as-Code and DevOps/GitOps tools such as Ansible, Terraform,ArgoCD, Jenkins, or similar technologies.
Security & Access Management: Implement and manage RBAC, IAM integrations, security policies,network policies, secrets, and other platform security controls.
Monitoring & Observability: Configure and support monitoring, logging, alerting, andobservability capabilities using OpenShift monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, andrelated tooling.
Performance & Capacity Management: Monitor platform health, capacity, performance, and availability,and proactively identify potential issues.
Collaboration & EscalationManagement: Work closely with application,infrastructure, networking, security, AWS, and Red Hat teams to resolve complexissues within the ROSA shared responsibility model.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, SOPs,and contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience inKubernetes/OpenShift administration and support.
Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift4.x and practical exposure to ROSA.
Strong troubleshooting skills acrossKubernetes/OpenShift clusters, workloads, networking, storage, Operators, andRBAC.
Good understanding of AWS services relevantto ROSA, including VPC, IAM, load balancing, Route 53, and networking.
Experience with Linux/RHEL and containertechnologies.
Experience with monitoring andobservability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Experience with automation/IaC tools suchas Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.
Understanding of OpenShift security,network policies, IAM/RBAC, and secrets management.
Ability to work with multiple teams andcoordinate with AWS and Red Hat support where required.

Preferred Skills
Experience with ArgoCD/GitOps practices.
Experience supporting applicationmigrations or onboarding workloads to OpenShift/ROSA.
Experience working in enterprise productionsupport environments.
