Responsibilities

• Advanced SQL, Python / analytics tools.
• Data modeling & transformation.
• Experience in US Pharma healthcare analytics.
• Knowledge of claims, sales, and APLD data sets.
• Therapeutic Area (TA) exposure.
• Dashboard design & storytelling.
• Problem structuring & hypothesis-driven analysis.
• Automation & efficiency mindset.
• Own end-to-end analytical modules / use cases.
• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks.
• Generate actionable insights, not just outputs.
• Automate recurring analyses and improve scalability.
• Mentor Analysts and ensure quality of outputs.
• Partner with stakeholders for requirement refinement.
