LOCATION: LAGOS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and launch new home/personal care products tailoredto Nigerian consumers
  • Formulate, test, and optimize products (cost, performance,local raw materials)
  • Ensure compliance with NAFDAC/SON standards
  • Support scale-up from lab to production
  • Collaborate with Marketing, QA, and Supply Chain
  • Lead/mentor junior R&D staff
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, orrelated field
  • 5+ years R&D experience in home/personal care
  • Proven track record developing products
  • Strong formulation and raw material knowledge
  • Familiarity with NAFDAC/SON regulations
  • Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
